  1. The controller of personal data collected via the naimadstudio.pl website is Damian Citko, operating as an unregistered business or under civil law contracts, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller.”

  3. Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.
  4. The Controller exercises due diligence to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, ensures that the data collected are processed lawfully.

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Users’ personal data (such as: first name, surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information voluntarily provided in the content of an inquiry) are processed for the following purposes:

  1. Establishing contact and handling inquiries sent via the contact form or directly to the e-mail address – the legal basis is taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a potential contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
  2. Enabling the use of interactive tools on the website (3D virtual tour, variant configurator) – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting of showcasing craftsmanship and the portfolio (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  3. Establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims – the legal basis is the Controller’s legitimate interest in protecting its rights (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

3. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

  1. Personal data processed for the purpose of handling inquiries and conducting business discussions will be retained for the duration of such discussions; if no further cooperation is established, the data will be retained for a period of 12 months following the end of contact.
  2. In the event that cooperation is established and a civil law contract (e.g., a contract for specific work) is concluded, the data will be retained for the period required by law (including the limitation periods for civil law claims).

  6. Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) – if they believe that data processing violates GDPR regulations.
